stick with stock head gaskets so they blow out first (before the bottem end does).
So yes, IMHO, it can. But there is no way your engine will last more then 2 to 10,ooo miles.

Keep the boost safe, tune it properly, and longevity is possible. Makeing 5 or 6 passes on a dyno isn't gonna do it tho.
