:hold up fine agianst sport 600's, nismo 720's and portled heads?
stick with stock head gaskets so they blow out first (before the bottem end does).
So yes, IMHO, it can. But there is no way your engine will last more then 2 to 10,ooo miles.
:i want to get the ball rolling on getting these turbos/injectors installed and i have rebuilt stock heads ported and polished.

600FWHP, close. 600RWHP, like escortz said, Nope.
Keep the boost safe, tune it properly, and longevity is possible. Makeing 5 or 6 passes on a dyno isn't gonna do it tho.
